Finding Your Sacred “F@ck Yes”: Awakening the Energy of Full-Body Alignment

Here in Cabo, the air itself feels alive. It is warm, with a hint of moisture that keeps the skin a little wet. The ocean welcomes you to her, holding you, supporting you, a soft whisper inviting you to let her hold you and wash away all that wants to be let go. I came to Cabo for Awaken as Energy, a new offering from Awaken as Love family. A deepening into what energy feels like, how to harness it, and how to heal yourself and others with it.

This was more than a retreat; it was a homecoming! With some of my favorite conscious people. People who are spreading love and acceptance throughout the world. Living from their full F@UCK YES to everything!

One of the workshops that was taught was about reclaiming your true “YES”.

It was more than a workshop; it was a ceremony of remembrance.
We were invited to listen, not to our minds, but to the whispers of the body. To feel the subtle difference between a conditioned yes that pleases others and the deeper, truer YES that rises from the womb, the heart, the cells of the skin.

The moment of awakening

As I moved, breathed, and allowed sound to pour out of me, I felt decades of quiet “no’s” begin to dissolve, the little betrayals of self that happen every time we say yes when our body screams no. Somewhere between a breath and a tear, my body opened. My yes was no longer a concept. It was a current, warm, pulsing, alive, streaming from my yoni up through my heart and into the crown of my head.

In that moment, I tapped into the energy that isn’t something we manufacture; it’s something we unblock. When we release the frozen no’s, the suppressed truths, the held tension, nour natural life-force flows again. This is what Tantra teaches: that pleasure, vitality, and creativity are the natural by-products of living in alignment with truth.

The energy of “F@UCK YES”

Your sacred yes has a feeling. It’s expansion. Ease. Breath. It can feel weightless, or a solid grounding in the earth, maybe a slight forward pull, drawing you closer to what your soul wants you to experience.
Your no has a feeling too, tightness, hesitation, collapse. The body always knows.

But can you feel where your yes lives in your body?
Is it a warmth in your belly? A radiance in your heart? A tingling in your root or a soft opening behind your breastbone?
Maybe your yes arrives as a sound, a color, a vision, or a wave of emotion.

How closely do you listen for it?
Do you wait for your body’s wisdom to speak, or do you let your mind decide for you? The mind is the problem solver, the body is the lightning rod that guides the energy of your soul!

When your yes is embodied, it connects heaven and earth through you. It moves from the deep grounding of your root, the place of safety, belonging, and primal life force, up through the open channel of your spine to the crown, where divine inspiration and higher guidance flow.

A true YES is not only spiritual or sensual; it is both.
It’s the union of your deepest truth and your highest good, the energy of heaven anchored in the soil of your being.

A practice for you

  1. Pause. Close your eyes.

  2. Place one hand on your heart, one on your womb or root.

  3. Breathe into both hands and imagine a golden thread connecting your crown to your root.

  4. Ask: What is my body’s YES right now?
Wait for sensation. It might come as warmth, color, tingling, or even an inner sound.

  5. Then ask: What is my NO?
Notice where it tightens, closes, or dims.

This practice anchors your intuition between earth and sky, grounded, embodied, and illuminated.

Living from the full-body “F*ck Yes”

To live from your sacred yes is an act of courage. It means trusting the language of the body even when the mind wants proof. It means slowing down enough to feel what’s real before you commit, before you speak, before you give.

When you do, life starts meeting you in that honesty.
The right people, opportunities, and experiences flow in, magnetized by the clarity of your vibration.

So today, as the Cabo sun sets and my skin still hums with salt and aliveness, I offer you this reminder:

Your “yes” is not something you earn or learn, it’s the truth you were born with.
It bridges heaven and earth within you, rooted in your body, illuminated by your soul.

Take a deep breath.
Feel the pulse beneath your palms.
And when you find your sacred yes…
let it move you.
