My Journey
For 27 years I was a wife and stay-at-home mom, holding my family together while burying myself beneath the weight of it all.
I was exhausted, underappreciated, co-dependent, twenty pounds overweight, and completely disconnected from my desire.
On the outside, everything looked perfect.
Inside, I was empty.
They say your soul starts with whispers… and if you ignore them, it begins to shout. And if you still don’t listen, it shakes your world until you finally pay attention.
That rupture came on the other side of the country, in an RV on what was supposed to be a year-long ultimate family adventure.
That’s when I finally heard her:
No more!
No more hiding! No more losing myself in someone
else’s desires!

Piece by piece, I began
to rebuild.
I found my strength in heartbreak, my power in starting over,
my joy in creating a new life
for myself and my two
teenage boys.
